7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuricMatrix LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuricMatrix LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid to AuricMatrix LLC in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.
